What KATZ sells

Goods and services

KATZ (Knowledge, Assessment & Training Zone) is an online digital training product. We do not sell physical goods, hardware, textbooks, exam vouchers, or official certificates. Access is delivered electronically to a student account on this website after payment is confirmed.

The paid service is exam-preparation software and study content for:

• CompTIA A+ Core 1 (exam 220-1101) and Core 2 (exam 220-1102)
• CompTIA Network+ (exam N10-009)
• ICDL modules: Computer Essentials, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and IT Security
• SQL Fundamentals (querying and changing relational tables)
• Anti-Corruption and Commercial Crime Investigation under South African law (PRECCA, POCA, FICA, investigation practice)

Inside a paid account a student gets:

• Curriculum notes, exam checklists, and common traps
• Adaptive practice questions, diagnostics, mistake bank, and timed mock exams
• Browser labs (hardware, network, command line, packets, spreadsheet, presentation, files, desktop, SQL)
• Study plans, spaced revision, flashcards, acronyms, cheat sheets, and curated lesson videos
• Progress tracking on that student's login

KATZ does not sit or issue CompTIA or ICDL exams. Passing a real exam is not guaranteed. Optional Adult Features (break suggestions) exist only for users 21+ who complete identity checks; they are not extra paid products.

Price

Access is R30 per month or R300 per year, including VAT. Payment is taken by Yoco (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Instant EFT). Each payment covers that month or year — you pay again when access ends.

Not an NPO / NPC / PBO

KATZ is not registered as a non-profit organisation, non-profit company, public benefit organisation, or association. It is a commercial training product operated by an individual (Zachariah Crouch). Optional extra payments from R5 are voluntary tips to keep the product running. They are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, and do not buy extra features.
