We process your name, email, date of birth, progress, uploads, and (only if you unlock Adult Features) an identity-verification reference from our KYC provider.
Date of birth is used to apply the age-21 product rule. Identity documents are used only to verify that rule, then handled with minimum necessary retention.
Under 18: children's personal information under POPIA — we will add guardian rules before high-school modules go live.
Payments are processed by Yoco. Yoco has its own privacy policy.
For login security we may store a device cookie and IP with bursary or trial requests so staff can review abuse. We do not collect MAC addresses. Affordability notes are visible to authorised administrators only.
