Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

KATZ does not sell or ship physical goods. There are no parcels, couriers, tracking numbers, or shipping fees. We do not deliver textbooks, hardware, USBs, or exam vouchers.

How the product is delivered

The product is digital access to https://katz-kappa.vercel.app. After Yoco confirms payment, we unlock the student account. You receive the service by signing in with the same email you used at checkout.

• Delivery method: electronic / online (account login).
• Usual delivery time: immediate after payment confirmation, typically under 15 minutes.
• If access is not open within one hour, email katzcrouch26@gmail.com with the account email and payment time.
• Service language: English. Prices: South African rand (ZAR).

Failed delivery

If we cannot deliver login access, you are entitled to a refund under the Refund Policy.
