KATZ Terms of Use

By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. We store the version, time, and a technical record of acceptance (ECT Act 25 of 2002).

What you are buying

KATZ is an online exam-prep product: digital notes, practice questions, mock exams, and (where the course has them) browser labs for CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ICDL, SQL, and Anti-Corruption & Commercial Crime Investigation under South African law. Full description: About & services. We do not ship physical goods. Access is delivered by login after payment. We do not sell official exam sittings or certificates.

KATZ is not an NPO, NPC, PBO, or association. Optional extra payments are voluntary tips to the same commercial product. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.

Age

You must enter your own true date of birth. A tick without a date is not enough. A parent's card is not proof of age. Lying about your age is a material breach from the moment you lied.

Core learning, playlists for study and ordinary breaks, colours, and the ten-minute pause are for every permitted user.

Adult Features (optional break language or playlists about alcohol or cannabis) exist only if you are 21 or older, you pass identity verification (ID + live selfie), and you tick a separate opt-in. Under 21 will never be shown, offered, or messaged about those topics — including as a joke or a greyed-out setting.

KATZ does not condone alcohol, cannabis, or any drug. We do not give medical advice. Illegal use stays illegal.

If you lie

You warrant that the identity and date of birth are yours. If that is false, or you let someone under 21 use Adult Features through your login, we may close the account. You indemnify KATZ and Zachariah Crouch against claims and legal costs arising from that misrepresentation. You cannot say we invited a minor.

Money

R30/month or R300/year including VAT keeps KATZ running. You pay with Yoco (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Instant EFT). Your notes

You may upload your own study files. You must have the right to upload them. No exam dumps. We process them only to help you study.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability South African law does not allow us to exclude (CPA). Subject to that, our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Passing a real exam is not guaranteed.
